Level 1 är startnivån för nya domare som vill döma seniorrugby.Level 2 är nästa steg efter Level 1 och den får man bara gå efter att du redan har dömt en full säsong i seriespelet.För att få gå Level 1 i sjumanna måste man ha genomgått vanliga Level 1 domarutbildning.
Ingångskrav för SAMTLIGA kurser är att ha gått igenom och klarat IRB Laws testes och IRB Rugby Ready (på internet)

Level 2 is the next step after Level 1 and can only be taken after refereeing a full season in your country's league. Level 1 Seven's required participants to have completed the Level 1 Entry level training. A valid iRB Laws test and iRB Rugby Ready certificate is a pre-requisite for ALL training courses.
